Messages received after hours or on weekends are picked up first thing the next business morning. Existing managed-services clients with active contracts have a separate SLA tied to ticket severity, including after-hours and weekend coverage.

    Do you serve businesses outside New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida?

    Yes. Remote-delivered services (Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, managed cybersecurity, penetration testing, compliance advisory) are available to businesses across the United States. Services with a physical component (helpdesk dispatch, VoIP hardware install, security camera installation, drone operations) are delivered on-site within our four-state footprint, with deepest engineering capacity in Northern NJ, the NYC metro, Pennsylvania, and South Florida.

    Are you available after hours, on weekends, or in an emergency?

    Yes, for managed-services clients. Our standard staffed hours are Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm ET and Sat 9am to 2:30pm ET, but active clients have 24/7 emergency escalation paths documented in their service agreement. If you’re an existing client with an active incident, call (973) 777-7227 and follow the after-hours prompt. New-business inquiries received after hours will be routed the next business morning.

    No. First conversations are free and no-pressure. We typically spend 20 to 30 minutes understanding your environment, what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want to be in 12 months.     Do you travel on-site, or do you support remotely?

    Both, depending on the work. Day-to-day helpdesk, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity monitoring, cloud work, and compliance advisory are delivered remotely. On-site dispatch covers hardware installs, server refreshes, network cutovers, security camera installations, VoIP deployments, and incident response where physical access is needed. On-site coverage is anchored at our Clifton NJ and Ft. Lauderdale FL offices and extends across NJ, NY, PA, and South Florida.
