Who Is On-Site Technology?
On-Site Technology is a family-owned managed IT services provider (MSP) founded in 2001 by Lou Garcia. Headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey with a second office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, the company serves businesses with 10 to 500 users across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and South Florida. Services include managed IT, cybersecurity, CMMC and HIPAA compliance, cloud services on Microsoft 365 and Azure, backup and disaster recovery, and hosted VoIP. Strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Datto, Veeam, and VMware support a <15-minute average response SLA with 24/7/365 monitoring.
Two decades of solving complex technology problems for businesses that rely on us every day.
Our Story
From a single consulting engagement in 2001 to a multi-state managed services practice, our mission has never changed: give small and mid-sized businesses the same enterprise-grade IT that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.
Founder & President • On-Site Technology
Lou Garcia founded On-Site Technology in 2001 after two decades inside enterprise IT, where he watched small and mid-sized companies get priced out of the infrastructure, security, and support that larger firms took for granted. He launched the company on a simple thesis: a growing business shouldn’t have to choose between running lean and running secure.
That thesis became a practice. Word of mouth turned early consulting engagements into long-term partnerships, and the client list grew through one metric that still defines the company today: solving the complex technology problems other providers won’t touch. Compliance audits, failed migrations, ransomware recovery, carrier-grade VoIP cutovers, CMMC readiness — the work that requires depth, not scripts.
Twenty-five years later, On-Site Technology operates as a fully credentialed managed services provider with offices in Clifton, New Jersey and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, serving clients across the Northeast and South Florida. We’ve built strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Datto, Veeam, VMware, and Microsoft Azure that let us deliver enterprise-grade managed IT and cybersecurity to companies of every size, from 10-user startups to 500-user mid-market firms with multi-site operations.
Lou still personally reviews every new client engagement. That’s the difference a family-owned practice makes.

Why On-Site Technology
Plenty of MSPs will answer your call. Here’s why our clients stay with us for 10, 15, 20 years.
When you escalate, you reach the people whose name is on the door. Lou personally reviews every new engagement. No offshore handoffs, no call-center scripts, no revolving door of account managers.
Tickets are triaged and actively in-progress in under 15 minutes on average — not routed, not queued, not “acknowledged.” A real engineer, on your issue, in the time most MSPs take to open the ticket.
CMMC audits, ransomware recovery, failed cloud migrations, hybrid AD/Azure identity issues, legacy app rehosts. The work that takes depth, not a runbook. It’s why clients call us when the first MSP gives up.
Our partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Datto, and Veeam mean you get Fortune-500-grade infrastructure and licensing at prices structured for 10- to 500-user businesses.
Technicians deployable in person across NJ, NY, PA, and South Florida. Racking a new server, cutting over a phone system, or supporting a branch office — we show up, not just dial in.
Per-user, per-tier pricing that’s published on our cost calculator. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders, no “call for a quote” games.

Everything prospective clients ask us about who we are, where we work, and how we deliver.
On-Site Technology is a family-owned managed IT services provider (MSP) founded in 2001 by Lou Garcia. Headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey with a second office in Ft. MSP stands for Managed Services Provider. An MSP delivers ongoing IT management, monitoring, security, and support to businesses on a subscription basis — replacing or augmenting an in-house IT department. On-Site Technology has operated as an MSP since 2001, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the Northeast and South Florida.
On-Site Technology was founded in 2001 by Lou Garcia as an IT consulting firm. Over 25 years we’ve evolved into a full managed services provider with strategic partnerships across Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Datto, Veeam, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
Our headquarters is at 164 Brighton Rd, Clifton, NJ 07012 and our South Florida office is at 1451 W Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 300, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309. Both offices are reachable at (973) 777-7227.
We provide on-site and remote IT services across four states: New Jersey (Northern and Southern), New York, Pennsylvania, and South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties). Remote helpdesk and monitoring run 24/7 for clients anywhere in our service region.
We specialize in small and mid-sized businesses with 10 to 500 users. Our service model is built around companies that need enterprise-grade infrastructure and security but don’t have the budget or headcount for a full in-house IT department. We also support larger clients with hybrid models that complement their existing internal IT team.
We have deep experience in manufacturing and warehousing, professional services (legal, accounting, consulting), healthcare, education, government and municipal, and non-profit. Our CMMC practice specifically serves DoD manufacturers and subcontractors who need NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 compliance.

Our Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers cover progressively richer combinations of monitoring, helpdesk, cybersecurity, backup, and compliance support. Yes. We operate a dedicated compliance practice covering CMMC Level 2 readiness, NIST 800-171, HIPAA, SOC 2 preparation, and audit support. We’ve also built a free CMMC Readiness Checker that walks through all 14 domains so you can self-assess before engaging an assessor.
Three things: (1) family-owned accountability — the founder still reviews every new engagement, no offshore handoffs; (2) a <15-minute average response SLA with real engineers, not scripted call-center agents; and (3) we take on the problems other MSPs refuse — CMMC audits, ransomware recovery, failed migrations, and complex hybrid-identity environments. Our transparent per-user pricing is published on our cost calculator.
